Safe deposit box location and key copy

Health insurance cards — copies for all household members

Homeowner's or renter's insurance policy number and contact

Auto insurance cards and policy numbers

Doctor and specialist contact information

Health history summary (major conditions, surgeries, allergies)

Medicare/Medicaid cards if applicable

Vaccination records

Will or trust document location noted

Medical power of attorney (location noted)

Any custody agreements (if applicable)

Pet vaccination and registration records

Copy of property deed or mortgage informationOptional

Storage

All documents in waterproof sleeve or bag

Digital copies on encrypted USB drive or secure cloud storage

Copies stored in a second location (safe deposit box, trusted family member)

Physical copies updated when documents change
